Celebrity Designer Breegan Jane Details Personal Home Design in New Book California Beach House Luxury

Designer, television host, and philanthropist Breegan Jane has released a new book, California Beach House Luxury, documenting the design and inspiration behind her family home in Venice Beach, California. Published by Gibbs Smith, the book is now available for purchase and offers a detailed look at Jane’s design process and philosophy.

As host of HGTV’s 2025 Dream Home and a frequent contributor to HGTV, Warner Bros. Discovery, and Max programming, Jane brings a recognized perspective to residential interiors. In California Beach House Luxury, she shares how her home was designed to support both aesthetics and functionality, reflecting her life as a mother of two.
